Terms

  • Please provide detailed descriptions or references before we start.
  • I will only start working after full payment is confirmed.
  • I will send a sketch to you first and accept revisions during the sketch progress. For still character illustration, there would be no sketch progress when you are requesting through PIXIV request, Skeb, Fantia or VGen.
  • No amendments are allowed after the sketch is confirmed, except for reference sheets.• Additional cost will apply for extra revisions.
  • According to my schedule, I will tell you an approximate date for sending the sketch. The commission will be finished within the next two weeks after sending the sketch.
  • Commission piece(s) are for personal and non-commercial use only. Do not resell or make profit from them. Do not use them for any NFT purpose. For commercial/doujinshi purposes, additional cost will apply (1.5X ~3X, negotiable).
  • You must be 18 years old or above to commission NSFW art.
  • You are allowing me to post the final piece on my social media accounts. (It’s okay if you want to keep it private, just tell me.)
  • No refunds (unless I cannot finish the drawing).
  • The prices are in USD and include PayPal fees. Also accept payment in GBP £ (Please inquire directly for currency conversion rates.)​​​​​​​. If your primary currency is not USD, I would recommend you send the payment in GBP £. This would reduce the PayPal conversion fee and save us money.
  • Default canvas size for character illustration is around A4 size in 350dpi (2894 x 4093 px). Size may be adjusted in sketch progress in order to have a better aspect ratio. For FFXIV style illustration, the size is 2000 x 2000 px. For character reference sheet, the height is 4000 px. If you need a specific size, please let me know.
  • You can request a transparent background for scene style illustration. Please tell me first.
  • No PSD file is included. If you need it, additional cost will apply.
